• The Yonsei Application was sent to me a while later, but it was relatively easy

Items Required:

• Official E-transcript​​

  • You can order it online and have it sent to you the same day​

  • For Undergraduate students, must show two (2) semesters’ GPA BEFORE the nomination / application period on their official transcripts. 

    • note ~ i didn't fulfill this requirement but you can find a way around it, just email Yonsei's OIA office to figure something out (they usually answer within 2 days)​

• ID Photo

  • 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm

  • There are very specific requirements, but they give you a guide to follow

• Passport Information

  • Similar to what was required for MIX​

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the beginning of the semester.

​

• Proof of Funding/Financial Statement

  •  An official Bank Account Balance Statement in the student’s name

  • In case the bank statement is issued under a parent’s name, a document must be attached to verify the relationship (i.e. birth certificate)

  • The balance must be at least 5,000 USD for one-semester exchange or 12,000 USD for one-year exchange.​

• Health Insurance

  • You may skip this document for now, but please upload the insurance document under the "Personal information" tab after application closes. The deadline for uploading the insurance document is January 15 for spring admission and July 15 for fall admission.​

• Study Plan

  • ​A separate word document with 4 short answer questions.​
  • Consists of your purpose, major, self introduction, and educational background.
